At Reliance Jewels, I played a key role in advancing the digital marketing strategy for one of India’s largest luxury retail conglomerates, focusing on lead generation, consumer engagement, and performance optimization across e-commerce channels.

  • I conducted comprehensive industry research and competitor benchmarking within the rapidly evolving fine jewelry e-commerce sector in India. This involved analyzing market trends, emerging pricing strategies, and evolving consumer preferences—particularly around purchasing behavior, digital touchpoints, and customization features. My findings helped shape campaign messaging, refine value propositions, and guide product positioning across online platforms.

  • In collaboration with the digital marketing team, I planned and executed multi-channel campaigns that included SEO optimization, targeted Facebook and Instagram ads, and CRM-integrated email marketing flows. These initiatives contributed to a 10% increase in online sales and led to notable improvements in customer acquisition cost (CAC), engagement rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • I also supported UI/UX audits of the Reliance Jewels website and mobile app, identifying friction points in the customer journey. Based on user behavior analytics and A/B testing, I recommended strategic updates to product visuals, mobile navigation, and content hierarchy, ensuring alignment with consumer demand and platform engagement metrics.
